The Istanbul 30th Anniversary range of cymbals was first released in 2010 to celebrate the company's 30 years of hand-making cymbals in Istanbul, Turkey.  Originally intended as a limited release only, they proved so popular that the range has been expanded to include a complete offering of beautiful instruments manufactured using the same time-honoured techniques handed down from generation to generation. Each 30th Anniversary cymbal is truly hand-built with only the company's most experienced cymbalsmiths responsible for every process including hand-shaping of the bell to create a musical instrument that is both unique in sound and quality.

The 15" hi-hats are papery thin, with a very quick decay and a trashy, yet controlled wash.
